What's the turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 5 business days from when we receive your raw recording. Need it faster? Talk to us about expedited delivery.

What if I miss an episode one month?

Subscription episodes roll over for one month. So if you skip a week, you can record a double the following month without paying extra.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime, pro-rated for your billing cycle. No fees, no contracts beyond your committed term.

What if I need extra revisions?

Every episode includes 2 free revisions. Beyond that, $35 per revision. If a revision is needed because we missed something, that's on us. Always free.

What's the difference between custom and AI clips?

Custom clips are hand-edited by our team, fully polished shorts ready for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. AI clips are generated by our automated pipeline: fast and cheap, but less precise. Most clients use a mix.

Do you handle distribution?

Scheduling and distribution to your podcast hosts is included in every tier. We publish on your schedule.
