5 business days from when we receive your raw recording. Faster turnaround is available, talk to us about expedited delivery.
What file format should I send?
Raw is fine. WAV, MP3, MP4, MOV, whatever your recording setup outputs. We handle conversion and cleanup on our end.
Do you do one-off projects?
Almost never. Our model is built around long-term retainers (monthly, 6-month, or annual). If you need a one-time edit, we can probably refer you to a freelancer.
How much does it cost?
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime, pro-rated for your billing cycle. No fees, no contracts beyond your committed term.
Where are you based?
Istanbul, Turkey. We work with hosts and brands in New York, LA, Toronto, and everywhere in between. Time zones haven't been a problem in 8 years.
Do you handle distribution?
Yes. Scheduling and distribution to your podcast hosts and YouTube channel is included in every tier.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every episode includes 2 free revisions. Beyond that, $35 per revision. If a revision is needed because we missed something, that's on us. Always free.
